Common Questions

How do I add a supplier?expand_more

Go to Suppliers in the left sidebar and click Add Supplier. Enter a category page URL from the supplier's site and a markup percentage, then click Add & Crawl.

Why are my products not showing up?expand_more

After a crawl, products appear under Pending Review. Claude AI enriches each one before it's ready. This can take a few minutes. Check the crawl status on the Suppliers page.

How do I push a product to eBay?expand_more

Go to Pending Review, click a product to open it, review the title and description, then click Push to eBay. Make sure eBay is connected in Settings first.

What happens when a price changes?expand_more

When a crawl detects a price change on a live product, it appears with a yellow Price Change badge in Pending Review. Click Approve Price to update the eBay listing automatically, or click Reject to keep the current price.

How do I remove a listing from eBay?expand_more

Go to Live on eBay, find the product, and click Remove from eBay. This ends the listing on eBay immediately and moves the product back to your approved queue.
